പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ഇ-മെയിൽ സന്ദേശത്തിന്റെ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചുവടെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

ATTENTION ALL AEOs
It
was specifically and categorically stated in the last page (page number
17) of the Circular No.NM(1)/39000/2017/DPI dated 30.05.2015 that
acknowledgement of the receipt of the circular should be obtained from
HMs and the matter reported to this office. However it is found that
many of you have not complied with this directive yet. School
inspections conducted by the Mid day Meal Division of this office in
recent days reveal that many HMs are still unaware of such a circular
from DPI office.
In the circumstance, those
among you who have not circulated the Guidelines ( Circular
No.NM(1)/39000/2017/DPI dated 30.05.2015) so far, shall give a copy of
the same to the HMs under your jurisdiction or ask them to download
copies of the Circular from DPI's web portal. One copy each may
be given to cooks , PTA members, MPTA members and SMC members.
Acknowledgment of the receipt of the Circular shall be collected and
the matter informed to this office.
DDEs and DEOs are directed to bestow their personal attention in this regard and issue appropriate directions to AEOs and NMOs.

പ്രസ്തുത സന്ദേശത്തിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം 2017-18 വർഷത്തെ ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണ പരിപാടിയുടെ നടത്തിപ്പുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പൊതുവായ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ സർക്കുലർ 31-5-2017 ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച പോസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും , സർക്കുലർ പ്രധാനാദ്ധ്യാപകർ കൈപ്പറ്റിയതായും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് പകർപ്പുകൾ നല്കിയതായും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ കൈപ്പറ്റു രശീതി 16-6-2017 നുള്ളിൽ ഓഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്‌.
